The other important thig is having a strong password.
To protect our personal information from cyber criminals we should have a strong password. Fortunately, it is quiet easy to create strong passwords and keep them well protected. Make your password long because each character you add will increase the protection and combine letters, symbols and numbers. You should use phrases that you can easily remember for but for others the hardest to guess.
Use these 6 steps to create a strong password:
1. Think of a sentence that you can remember. This will be the basic of your strong password. For example "My dog likes playing with balls."
2. Check if the computer or online system supports the spaces between characters. If yes, you should use it.
3. If the computer or online system does not support the spaces then convert it to a password. Take the first letter of each word of the sentence that you've created to create a new, non-logical word. Using the example above: "mdlpwb".
4. Make it to a complex one by using uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. The longer the sentence, the more complex your password can be. With spaces might become "My DoG LiKeS PlAyInG WiTh BaLlS." If the computer or online system will not support spaces, use the same technique on the shorter password. "MdLpWb".
5. Finally, use some special characters as symbols."MyDoG LiKe$ PlAyInG Ball$" or a password (using the first letter of each word) "MdLpW$".
